French chef Nicolas Malherbe has designed a delectable four-course menu to impress this Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a romantic poolside dinner and toast with free-flow Prosecco to the backdrop of Rhythm and Soul band. Dishes include tuna tartar with ponzu pearl, avocado with wasabi and sesame seed, and wild grilled salmon with lemon butter sauce, spinach and steamed potato.

Raffles Hotel le Royal

Enjoy cinema under the stars and a romantic dinner for two at Raffles. It’s hosting a special screening of romantic fantasy film, Ghost, poolside, under the stars at the hotel’s Cinema Paradiso. Food and drinks are served throughout. For something more traditional, the Valentine’s Day Surf & Turf at Le Phnom 1929 will feature a seafood tower, Taijma wagyu tomahawk and Saint Honoré cake.

Rosewood’s three eateries have conjured up delightful spreads to help you celebrate Valentine’s Day in Phnom Penh. For divine French dining, head to Brasserie Louis for a five-course menu that takes in lobster bouillabaisse soup and slow-cooked beef tenderloin. Cuts’ five-course menu includes black Angus beef tenderloin, king crab truffle-creamed spinach, crispy shallots and Kampot pepper. While Iza’s Japanese menu includes caviar uni otoro and ebi yuzu.

Seekers is keeping the romance flowing beyond Valentine’s Day. On February 17, its Seekers Cinema Screening embarks on a trip to the iconic passenger liner, Titanic. It is hosting a screening of Jack and Rose’s fatal love story at Legend Cinema Diamond Class. Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail attire. Tickets include pre-screening drink receptions, food and an after-party.
